At MicroPerfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, travel sprays and sample vials must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
